Here’s how it works:

1. Choose Your Dream Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress:

Select the one that aligns with your preferences and sleep needs, knowing that you’re making a choice for a better night’s sleep.

2. Enjoy 101 Nights of Blissful Sleep:

Experience the exceptional qualities of your Wolf mattress for a full 101 nights. We encourage you to sleep, dream, and relax on it, fully immersing yourself in the comfort it offers. We’re confident that you’ll fall in love with it! If you return your mattress within the 101 night trial window you will receive a refund of the applicable amount spent on the Wolf Mattress you are returning, less processing fees for shipping and delivery. Processing Fees are estimated to be 10% of the retail price of your mattress, but may vary based on current market prices and geography. To be eligible for a Mattress return, the mattress must be clean and undamaged.

3. Sleep On The Mattress For 30 Days:

We require you to sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days before requesting a return. Please be aware that it does take time to adjust to your new mattress. You may love it after the first night or it may take a little longer to get used to the proper posture & back support offered by your new Wolf mattress. If you are not satisfied after 30 days, please reach out and we will work with you to proceed with a return. Since you will have slept on your mattress for a month or two you won't be able to physically return it to Wolf. We will work with you to donate the mattress to avoid throwing away a perfectly good mattresses. Your refund will be processed when a pickup from one of our donation partners has been confirmed or suitable proof of disposal, as determined by Wolf, is provided.

4. We want to ensure your issues are resolved quickly and easily:

You must submit all required information and documentation requested by our Customer Support team to complete your return within 30 days of your request. If you do not, the refund request must be re-submitted. Mattresses that have not been opened within 90 days of delivery are considered misused and are ineligible for warranty claims and returns.

5. Your Satisfaction, Guaranteed:

Your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. If, within the 101-night trial period, you find that the mattress isn’t the perfect fit for you, simply contact our dedicated customer support team. We stand behind the quality of our mattresses, and your satisfaction is our top priority and believe in making your experience as effortless as possible. Our 101-Night Trial is our way of making sure you are comfortable on your mattress, however our sleep trial limits one refund per household. Your household is defined by your customer name and shipping address or billing method/account and billing address. Shipping & delivery are non-refundable.
