Easy & simple. If you don’t love it, we will exchange your mattress or refund your money to make sure you are completely satisfied! Your trial begins the day you receive your mattress.
Please keep in mind that it does take time to adjust to your new mattress. You may love it after the first night or it may take a little longer to get used to the proper posture & back support offered by your new Wolf mattress. That is why we require you to sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days before requesting a return or exchange. If you want to proceed with a return or an exchange just contact us and we will issue a refund or work with you to reselect a different model.
Our 101-Night Trial is a great way to make sure you get the right mattress, however our sleep trail is limited to one return per household. Your household is defined by your customer name and shipping address or billing method/account and billing address. If you select a higher priced mattress you will need to cover the difference in price. There are no restocking fees and shipping costs on an exchange. However shipping, in home delivery & service fees are non-refundable if you opt for a refund versus an exchange.
