Making a Warranty Claim

If you have a concern with your mattress and would like to submit a warranty claim, please make sure you have the following information available.

• Valid proof of purchase showing you are the original purchaser

• Photos of the law tag and the mattress

• Photos of the base used to support the mattress

• Measurements as required to show the defect 

• Photos of any defect

Wolf Mattress reserves the right, at Wolf Mattress’ sole discretion, to require further information or descriptions prior to accepting your claim under the Mattress Warranty.  The Mattress Warranty may be void if you do not provide adequate responses to requests or comply with any provision of the Mattress Warranty.  The serviceable area for Wolf Mattress products is within the 50 states of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not accept mattress returns from outside the US.
