Do you know what gift to give dad for Father’s Day? A day with you of course! The best part about quality time is that it doesn’t have to be expensive, and we know that’s just what most parent’s love to hear, too.
Here are a few simple, but fun, activities to do with dad.
- Fishing Trip: If dad loves fishing, this is a great activity to do together as he passes on his fishing tips and skills. Plus, you can always take a break from fishing with a picnic with dad’s favorite sandwiches. Don’t forget to bring the snacks and a dessert!
- Grilling outdoors: Does dad love to grill? This is a great way to not only let him do something he loves, but also get some great food at the same time. Don’t forget the chips!
- Going to the park: This is a great place for you both to have fun as you enjoy the great outdoors. Make it a day event by pack a lunch or enjoying a cookout.
- Day at the beach, lake, pool: Have a dad who enjoys going to the waterfront? This activity is for you! Bring a beach ball or squirt guns for added fun.
- The Movies: Not sure dad is up for being outdoors? Or has the weather turned foul? Take him to the movies instead and be sure to order some popcorn.
